Our clients wanted a hot tub in their garden. Our challenge was to create a design that makes the hot tub as inconspicuous as possible and still retain an English Cottage feel.

After removing 20 tonnes of clay we sunk the hot tub in a special concrete chamber. Replacing a tired Laurel hedge, we planted a row of mixed evergreen and deciduous shrubs and then designed the rest of the beds, choosing English Cottage flowers, Climbers and bulbs. We used a hanging Birch and a weeping Cherry tree to add height and atmosphere.
